Our drive
Our goal was to develop a product line that's better than what existing manufacturers offer. Every supplier claims their products are better, of the highest quality, etc. So why is our sports nutrition better than those of the others? The whole story starts with my own experiences. As an amateur endurance athlete, I (Johan) noticed that many products I used before and during events (often long cycling and/or mountain biking rides) didn't interact well with my body. Symptoms like heartburn, stomach aches, and intestinal problems were often the result. We both also saw our children in our family sometimes approach us with products that made us think, "This can't be good for you!" They contained incredibly high doses of various substances (including caffeine and artificial additives), as well as dosage recommendations that either didn't work or were incorrect. Surely there had to be a better way?
We can't judge other suppliers, but we always strive for the highest quality! A chocolate flavor, for example? The highest quality cocoa! Our recipes are so balanced that there will never be an overload of certain ingredients, which, in some cases, could even cause you more harm than good.

The origin of Rock+
In early 2024, our swords crossed; both had been dreaming for some time about launching their own sports nutrition product line. Sports nutrition that had to be better than the products currently available on the market. Rock+ was born from a clear need: supplements that truly work, are pure, and completely transparent in their composition. In a market dominated by bulking agents, artificial additives, and marketing gimmicks, we decided to do things differently. No compromises, no empty claims—only the best, scientifically proven formulas that support body and mind as nature intended, with the key advantages being that the individual products should complement and support each other and positively impact the microbiome. A healthy gut microbiome is essential for your health and performance!

The new standard in sports nutrition

Both founder Johan and co-founder Arie understand better than anyone that sports nutrition must perfectly align with the body's needs. Supporting the gut microbiome was also essential. Without a healthy and balanced gut microbiome, many (biochemical) processes in the body don't function optimally, including the digestion of food and the delivery of vital building blocks. After an intensive development period in collaboration with (sports) physicians, product specialists, biochemists, and epigenetics specialists, we have succeeded in creating a wonderful product line. Suitable for everyone and completely tailored to our vision: high-end, gentle on the stomach and intestines, easily digestible, supporting the body in multiple ways, all-natural, inventive formulas, products that reinforce each other instead of hindering each other.
